Man impacts rotation of the earth!!!!

If you read this story, what it says is that man is impacting the length of days based upon things we do.

So, if we build too much or dig too much or have too many people in a city, we could speed up or slow down the rotation of the earth.

In about 5 years when someone is seriously talking about legislation to control what can be built or how many people can live in one geographic region due to the impact on the rotational speed of the earth, I want you to remember this post.
